Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are subject to the policies of the respective payment service provider and financial institution.

Global Chessboard is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions (Future Services)

In the future, Global Chessboard may introduce paid memberships, subscriptions, or premium content services.

Specific refund and cancellation terms for such services will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and, where applicable, governed by separate policies.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Donors are encouraged to contact Global Chessboard directly before initiating any chargebacks or disputes with their bank or payment provider.

Unresolved disputes may result in suspension of access to future services.
