Explore Geopolitics, History, Crime and Mysteries

A chessboard with world map design and miniature Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, Big Ben, and Tower of Pisa as chess pieces on a wooden table. A book, cup of tea or coffee, and a lamp are in the background.

This space is built for curiosity. Here, history, crime, geopolitics, and unsolved mysteries are explored beyond surface narratives—examining the motives, decisions, and forces that shape events. Some stories reveal uncomfortable truths, others leave questions unanswered, but all of them invite deeper reflection.

Who I am

My Name is Russhabh. I belong to a generation born into a world of infinite information, but often very little clarity. As a member of Gen Z, I’ve watched the "Global Chessboard" shift in real time on a screen. But while the world moves fast, I prefer to slow down.

My passion lies in the deep dive. I started this blog because I believe that geopolitics, the intricacies of the events, and the shadows of a mystery aren't just headlines—they are a complex game of strategy that requires patience and rigorous research to understand.

The Mission

Global Chessboard is a space where I share the results of my curiosity. Whether it’s deconstructing a high-profile trial or analyzing a shift in international relations or famous stories told in a simpler way, my goal is to turn "what happened" into "why it matters." I don't just want to report the news; I want to map the moves that led us here.

In an era of heated debates and polarised takes, Global Chessboard operates on a different frequency. My goal is not to tell you what to think, but to provide the data so you can decide for yourself. I do not use this platform to push personal opinions or political views. I focus on:

The Facts: Aggregating verified information from diverse sources.

The Context: Connecting current events to historical patterns.

The Mechanics: Explaining how certain historical events have unfolded and how they affect us in the present.

I am here to spread information and foster a deeper understanding of the world, acting as a curator of knowledge rather than a commentator.

The Approach:

Objective Analysis

A Commitment to Accuracy

In the pursuit of knowledge, the greatest tool is a course correction. While I strive for meticulous accuracy in every piece I write, I am a student of these subjects first and foremost. Certain things I will be writing about could be unsolved or not proven and I wouldn’t be able to give you a conclusion on it.

The world is complex, and sometimes the pieces are misread. If I get something wrong, I am committed to fixing it. Transparency is the only way to maintain the integrity of the blog. If you spot an error or have a different perspective, I welcome the dialogue—that is how we all get better at the game.
